leg of pin into hole as far as possible |
(3) work
other end of pin over edge of lug and into hole |
(4) with
both legs of pin in place pull plastic barrel over edge of
lug flush against fin |
(5) if
loose, pull away from fin and slightly squeeze legs
together with vice grips or channel lock pilers. |
